Cancellation policy.


To ensure we can best manage our appointments and provide timely service to all clients, we require the following cancellation policy:


24-Hour Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their 50% deposit.

No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice will forfeit their 50% deposit.

Emergency Exceptions: In the event of a genuine emergency, the 50% deposit may be applied towards a rescheduled appointment. Supporting documentation may be requested at our discretion.

Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your appointment.
