Travel & Scheduling

What areas do you service?

Currently, I service Williamsburg with no extra travel charge. I also service areas such as Yorktown, Newport News, Hampton, New Kent and Richmond areas for an additional travel charge.

Is there a travel fee?

There is a travel fee for areas outside of Williamsburg, VA. A $10 travel fee applies for any area within 20 miles of Williamsburg and $20 for areas within 50 miles of Williamsburg. This fee will be added to the total cost.

What forms of payment of payment do you accept?

For appointments scheduled and paid for through my website, I accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). If you are scheduling an appointment via phone or paying for an in-person chair massage at an event, I also accept Venmo and CashApp in addition to the major credit and debit cards.

Space Requirements

How much space do you need to perform a massage?

I need a clear, flat area approximately 5ft by 7ft, the size of a queen bed, that is free from obstructions and has good lighting.

 

Do I need to provide anything for the massage, like a table?

I will bring everything I need, including a portable massage table, linens, and massage cream/oil.

What if I don’t have enough space?

Please let me know your space limitations in advance. We can discuss options or potentially reschedule if the space is unsuitable.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

How do you ensure cleanliness and hygiene?

I use fresh, clean linens for every client, and all equipment is thoroughly disinfected between appointments. I also maintain high standards of personal hygiene.

 

What should I do to prepare my space for the massage?

Please ensure the massage area is clean and free of clutter. The floor should be mopped or vacuumed, and the space should be free of any unpleasant odors, including those from smoking or pets. Please remove pet hair as well, as some clients have allergies.

 

What if I am feeling unwell?

Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell to avoid spreading illness.
