Zero Tolerance Policy.

At Hands-on Wellness, the safety and well-being of my clients is my top priority. I maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual Harassment: This encompasses any unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature. This includes sexually suggestive comments, jokes, innuendos, or gestures.
  

• Unwanted Physical Contact: Any touching, however slight, that is unwelcome or makes the recipient uncomfortable is strictly prohibited. This includes unwanted touching, grabbing, or any other form of physical assault.
  

• Verbal Abuse: This includes insults, threats, intimidation, or any other form of disrespectful or abusive language.
  

• Stalking or Harassment: Any repeated and unwanted attempts to contact or approach me outside of scheduled appointments. This includes any form of online harassment.
  

• Violation of Personal Boundaries: Any behavior that disregards my personal space, comfort level, or professional boundaries.

• Intoxication: Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs during a session.
  

• Disruptive Behavior: Any behavior that disrupts the therapeutic session or creates a hostile environment.

  Corrective Actions:
  
  Any violation of this policy will result in the following immediate actions:
  
  1. Immediate Termination of Session: The session will be ended immediately.

  2. Blocking from Future Appointments: The individual will be permanently blocked from making any future appointments.

  3. Contacting Authorities: Depending on the severity of the violation, the authorities will be contacted and charges will be filed.

  4. Notification of Relevant Parties: In cases where the violation involves a referral source or employer, the appropriate party will be notified of the incident and the actions taken.
